The exhibition, held in the Public Library at Santa Marinella (Rome, Italy) from June 11 to 30, 2016, shows a selection of photos that Arrigoni captured during a month spent in Chicago, IL (USA), wandering through its soaring modern buildings, designed by famous international architects seeking the most refined aesthetics.

Every day he chose to take one lens with him and walked along the streets of the Windy City looking for the framing that would allow him to isolate certain details in the buildings, in the works of contemporary art or simply in subjects which at first glance seemed quite insignificant, but which in his viewfinder suddenly took on a starring role, revealing geometries, reflections, lights, contrasts or unknown colours.

The proceeds of the exhibition, under the aegis of the town council of Santa Marinella and of the Giochi del Mare, will be donated to charity for the Children's Hospital Bambin Gesù.
